Ingredient
Three kinds of enzymes-collagenase, fibrinolysin ( Plasmin ) and profibrinolysin activator extracted from earthworm (Lumbricus).

Character
Yellow powder, smell slight fishy, taste slight salty, and this kind of capsules soluble in intestine.

Pharmacological action
As recorded in "The Compendiums of Chinese Natural Medicinal Herbs" and verified by Modern Chinese Medical Theories, taking earthworms, people can get the effects of improving blood circulation, solubilizing hemostatis, resisting platelet coagulation, dissolving fibrin and thrombus, reducing blood viscosity.

Indication
It is proved by thousands of clinical experiments that Plasmin Capsule have a miculous curative effect to ischaemic stroke caused by thrombus or embolism with the risk factors such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension and diabetes, etc. It is not only for treatment, but also for prevention, especially preventing formation of thrombus.

250 mg per capsule, 36 capsules per box.
250 mg per capsule, 180 capsules per bottle.

Dosage

1. For treatment: 3 times a day, 2 or 3 capsules each time, taking half an hour before meal.
2. For prevention : 2 times a day, 2 capsules each time, taking half an hour before meal.

Caution
For the cerebral haemorrhage patients, taking 3 months after haemorrhage occurred.
Women should stop to take it during the period of menses. Pregnant women should not take it or as recommended by physician.

Pemerian

Serbuk kuning, sedikit berbau amis, sedikit asin, dan kapsul ini larut dalam intestine.

Efek Farmakologi
Sesuai dengan catatan dalam "The Compendiums of Chinese Natural Medicinal Herbs" dan diverifikasi berdasarkan Teori Kedokteran Modern Cina, bahwa orang yang mengkonsumsi cacing tanah memperoleh manfaat perbaikan sirkulasi darah, mempertahankan hemostasis, mencegah koagulasi trombosit, melarutkan fibrin dan thrombus, dan menurunkan kekentalan darah.

Indikasi
Berdasarkan ribuan percobaan klinis, Kapsul Plasmin memiliki efek kuratif pada stroke iskemik yang disebabkan trombus atau embolisme dengan faktor-faktor resiko seperti hiperlipidemia, hipertensi, diabetes dan lain-lain. Selain untuk terapi, juga dapat digunakan untuk pencegahan terutama pencegahan pembentukan trombus.

Dosis

1. Pengobatan : 3 kali sehari, masing-masing 2 atau 3 kapsul, 1/2 jam sebelum makan.
2. Pencegahan : 2 kali sehari, masing-masing 2 kapsul, 1/2 jam sebelum makan.

Perhatian
Pada pasien dengan perdarahan serebral, gunakan 3 bulan setelah terjadi perdarahan.
Hentikan penggunaan pada saat menstruasi.
Sebaiknya hindari penggunaan pada wanita hamil, atau sesuai petunjuk dokter.

Penyimpanan
Disimpan di tempat dingin dan sejuk.
